Quilt Square 44

Making some more progress on the American Flag Quilt!

This new square is for Washington state (not Washington, D.C., the capital). The Evergreen State - a very pretty nickname - was admitted to the union on November 11, 1889, making it the 42nd state. Only 8 states left!

The last of the spring cleaning was finished up yesterday. Hooray! Now I just need to stop by IKEA to pick up a few things, drop off some bags of clothes at the charity bin, take a bag of old books to the used bookstore... Okay, maybe not that finished after all.

Big hugs,

Ooh, another colourful block!! Glad your spring cleaning is nearly done... Feel free to pop to my place next! :D Mind you, beware, Ikea trips can be never ending... I always buy more than I need when I go in that shop!! x
